Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in pasta sauce and carrots; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in shrimp; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until shrimp are heated through, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta; place on platter. Top with shrimp mixture, cheese and basil.

Substitute:
For added fiber, prepare using multi-grain or whole wheat pasta.
Substitute:
Fresh parsley for the basil.
