Directions: Put strawberries, pineapple and banana into a food processor and pulse until puréed. Add soy cream cheese and purée. Add whipped topping and pulse just until incorporated. Pour into an 8-inch square pan and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving and cut into 8 pieces.
