Directions: MIX meat, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup steak sauce, eggs, 1/2 each of the red pepper and olives in large bowl. SHAPE meat mixture into 11 x 7-inch loaf; place in foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan. BAKE at 375°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 10 minutes. MIX remaining red pepper, olives, corn, green onions and steak sauce in medium bowl. Serve with sliced meatloaf.
