Melted Mozzarella Traps

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:
2 stick (1 oz. each) POLLY-O Mozzarella String Cheese, any variety
1 flour tortilla (6 to 8 inch)

Directions:
STRING cheese into thin strips. Place on tortilla; fold in half. Place on microwavable plate.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 25 to 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Let stand 1 minute. Fold in half to serve.
KITCHENS TIPS:
Serve with Thick 'N Chunky Salsa.
