Directions: MIX vinegar, wine, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended. Stir in 1 Tbsp. of the basil. Mix 2 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture with tomatoes and onion. Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. basil. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard dressing mixture. PLACE fish on greased grill over medium-high coals or on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. GRILL or broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
