Cranberry Heart Muffins

Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/2 cups POST SELECTS CRANBERRY ALMOND CRUNCH Cereal
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
MIX flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Mix cereal and milk in another bowl; let stand 3 minutes. Stir in egg and oil. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)

SPOON batter into paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Form 12 (4-inch square) pieces of foil into ball shapes. Tuck between muffin pan and paper liners to create heart shapes.

BAKE at 400F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
