Coffee Crumb Cake

Total Time: 55 min
Makes: 24 servings

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
Strong freshly brewed Coffee, any variety, cooled
2 cups flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened, cut into chunks

Directions:
PREPARE cake mix as directed on package substituting brewed coffee for water. Spread evenly into 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

MEANWHILE, mix remaining dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over partially baked cake.

BAKE an additional 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into squares.

KITCHENS TIPS
Special Extra: Sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake before serving.
